Sobald die Zusage der BAFA vorliegt, kann das ION-7 installiert werden. Nach erfolgreicher Installation reicht KAMATEC die nötigen Unterlagen bei der BAFA ein und stellt die Rechnung. Nachdem KAMATEC den Zahlungseingang verbuchen kann, wird der Nachweis im BAFA Portal hochgeladen. Erst danach wird die Fördersumme an das von Ihnen benannte Konto ausbezahlt. Welchen Aufwand habe ich bei der Einreichung? Um den Antrag für Sie einreichen zu können, müssen Sie uns ein Stammdatenblatt ausfüllen. Hier fragen wir bspw. Unternehmensinformationen ab wie Mitarbeiteranzahl, Jahresumsatz oder auch Ihre IBAN für die Auszahlung der Fördersumme. Außerdem benötigen wir die unterschriebene ELSTER-Vollmacht von Ihnen, damit wir die Unterlagen einreichen können.
